Fitness/events log during my 15 day Princess Cruise to Hawaii

I am back on solid ground afer my cruise from Dec 19th to January 3rd 2015. 
Day 1: Butt Bible Upper body Level 3 with 3# weights and stationary bike and eliptical machine for 50 minutes
Day 2: Ran 13 miles on the treadmill.  It was hard to balance because the big waves so I had to hold on with one hand for most of it.  11:30 pace
Day 3: Yoga 20 minutes focusing on deep stretching, Zumba live class on the ship about 40 minutes, stationary bike 35 minutes about 9 miles
Day 4: Monday. Ran on Deck 7 (3 laps= 1 mile)  for 5 miles Saw a beautiful double rainbow over the ocean!  So pretty! Later Butt Bible Lower body level 3
Day 5 Tuesday:  Butt Bible Upper body level 3 and stationary bike 50 minutes, then yoga 20 minutes.
Day 6:arrive in Hilo Hawaii on Big Isle.  In the morning I rode a helicopter to see the active volcanos.  Amazing red lava flowing.  My phone got wet on the ship so I had no camera :( wah  After the ride I ran 5 miles along the black sand beaches.  Beautiful  Pace 10:31
Day 7: Lahaina, Maui went on a walking tour about 2 miles.  Learned a lot about the history of the Hawaii.  I feel sorry for the natives.  White man brought war and raped the land.  The mumu was invented to cover up the "savage" natives to become more modest converted christians. Back on the ship BB lower body level 3 and some stretching.
Day 8:  In Honolulu Ran 17 miles pace 11:21.  Nice tour on foot.  Went up to the Diamond Head Recreation area, near mansions beach side and near the many poor homeless people.  According to locals a gallon of milk is 7 bucks.  Explains why they must resort to processed foods like spam.  The natives are mostly obese and diseased.  So sad. I got a tattoo of cherries on my foot in town!
Day 9: In Kauai my beach snorkel was canceled so I went on a river boat ride to a fern grotto.  I also went on a hike up to a view of an animal sanctuary.  This isle is my favorite. Full of chickens and laws prevent building anything taller than the tallest coconut tree.  I got free cocktails after I found a small piece of glass in my first drink.  I couldn't finish them though.  Light weight.  Back on the ship did BBUB3 and some stretching.
Day 10: Back at sea. Zumba with the group and Tracy anderson arm/ab section about 10 minutes, stationary bike 25 minutes, yoga 25 minutes
Day 11: Tracy anderson leg section about 20 minuts and Ran on treadmill 5 miles, streching about an hour
Day 12: Ran 8 miles on treadmill and stretching 45 minutes
Day 13: Tracy A, arms/abs and stretching
Day 14: Tracy Legs and some stretching along with a Day in Ensenada Mexico.  I bought a magnet and went the history museum. 

Day 15 Back home!!! BRRRRRR its cold and I want to go back to Hawaii weather!!!
